More than a game

Have you ventured back on our property to see our new soccer field?

What a great place to provide an opportunity for kid's to learn to play soccer.  Upward sports promotes self esteem, character and faith.  Children who play sports and have a positive experience, are more likely to stay with the sport as a life skill, and are also more likely to learn values, teamwork and skill development in a way that will benefit them through life.  Upward treats Every Child as a Winner!  Several of our children would love to be able to play but can't afford it.  Would you prayerfully consider sponsoring or help sponsor one of our own for this life changing experience?

Please start collecting non-choclate bags of candy to donate for our Easter Egg Hunt.

Last year's Egg Hunt was very well attended.  We anticipate just as many and MORE this year and so we're asking early for your help in making this a fun time, but also, an opportunity to tell them about Jesus!

Balls, slinkys, yoyos, harmonicas, kazoos, etc.

Toy cars, small dolls, toy jewelry, etc.

June

Soap (unscented), washcloths, kleenex packs (purse sizes)

July

Pens, pencils, erasers, sharpener, colored pencils and scissors

August

Crayons,small (easily rolled) coloring books and tablets, stamps and pads

September

Socks (different sizes for grils and boys) gloves, caps and  toboggans

October

Etch-a-sketch, flashlights, (with extra batteries) jump ropes, marbles,jacks, etc.
